DEI in Academia: A Literature Review

This site presents a comprehensive review of literature on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in academia.  The studies surveyed come from two sources:  Academic research published or aimed to be published in peer reviewed journals; and in-depth and original articles published by leading media, think tanks, and organizations. The review covers studies since 2010, and ends in January 2021.
